
Plot Overview
Rowdy Fellow follows the story of Balu, an egoistic and wealthy young man who enjoys living life on his own terms. His arrogance and carefree attitude often get him into trouble. When a personal vendetta arises, he decides to become a police officer to take matters into his own hands.
